Liz Rosema is a published cartoonist, young adult graphic novel author, and poet.

She studied art and storytelling at the Sequential Artist Workshop in Gainesville, FL, and also holds a 4 year degree in liberal arts.

Liz’s autobiographical cartoons have been published in several online literary publishers including Catapult and The Toast.  She was also included in the 2018 New York Times best selling anthology “Not That Bad,” edited by Roxanne Gay and Dirty Diamond’s 2015 edition of their all girl comic anthology “Beauty.”

She posts daily comic art and poetry on her Instagram/Facebook.  She is fantastically tall and androgynous, two subjects that permeate much of her work.  She uses SHE/THEY pronouns.  Her interests include: volleyball, Halloween, video games, and books about lesbians in space.  More about those subjects can be found on her Twitter account.

Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Liz currently resides in Gainesville, FL, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Creative Writing while also working on various personal art and literary projects. More about that and other sarcastic ridiculousness can be found here on her blog.
